Where AI helps
Résumé auto-fill. When you upload your résumé you can tick “Auto-fill my details with AI”. Your résumé’s text is read to suggest your name, contact details, work history and skills, and you check and correct every suggestion before anything is saved. Leave it unticked and nothing is sent to an AI service.
Choosing what to apply to. Match scores rank every job against your stack, and auto-apply picks from the top of that list, one job per company.
Where it deliberately doesn’t
Many “AI apply” tools write cover letters and answer screening questions on your behalf. That is how fabricated experience ends up in front of recruiters. CareerHawk doesn’t do that: application forms are filled from your saved profile and answers. If a form asks something your profile doesn’t cover, or the employer says not to use AI-written answers, the job is skipped.
The result is fewer, better applications that you can stand behind in an interview. Read is auto-applying to jobs worth it? for the trade-offs.
Your data, your call
No ads, nothing sold, and your résumé only goes to the AI service if you tick the box. You can delete your account and everything in it from the app at any time. The privacy policy lists every service that handles your data.
