FAQ
Billing questions
How do I buy a plan?
Inside the CareerHawk app, on the Apply tab. Plans are App Store subscriptions billed to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
When does a paid plan start applying?
Right after the purchase goes through. The first batch starts within a few minutes, and a new batch follows about once a day while the plan is active.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose CareerHawk and tap Cancel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your CareerHawk account does not cancel the subscription.
When will I be charged again?
A subscription renews at the end of each period (a week for Go Mini, a month for Go, Plus and Max) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within the 24 hours before renewal.
Do unused applications carry over?
No. Allowances are a maximum for each period, and only applications actually submitted count. Forms that can’t be completed are skipped and don’t count.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why might fewer applications go out than my plan allows?
CareerHawk only applies where your stack is a good match and the employer’s form can be completed without a captcha or emailed code. A narrow stack or a quiet week means fewer suitable jobs.
